Jim has successfully prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in technical fields ranging from software to semiconductors, from medical devices to mining systems. In addition to helping individual clients, Jim has Chief Patent Counsel legal experience at publicly traded companies, as well as counseling clients with law firms.
Jim is a registered patent attorney whose practice includes all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on intellectual property acquisition and management. In his many years in practice he has developed and managed several high value intellectual property portfolios.
